I bought it because the battery was the Toshiba comparable prices. I thought I could buy a cheaper brand, but will update the battery. The second thing I like is the keyboard-I is easy to use and fast Internet connection is pretty good. I just go to the library and free access to wi-fi.
I did not like mouse pad (I use boring), so I bought a wireless mouse (Microsoft), and now love it.

This replaces a 15.4 laptop.
What I like:
Battery life! Hours and hours, even with Wi-Fi and screen at full brightness. The extended battery adds a little 'for the size and weight, but worth it.
The screen is bright and clear.
Windows XP.
Computer is absorbed quickly enough for general use, with 1 GB of memory.

I bought this car on 9/13/09. The 10/21/09 died. When I called they told me that I not only had to pay to ship the car back to be fixed, but I lost all my data, but instead took a week longer shipping time. If this is what they call the balance of good products with great principles, then it is a false Double Out
I would not buy or recommend this product.
