First, we mean that customer service is amazing AMAZON! After an hour on the phone to ensure that my Verizon Broadband USB modem and the software worked properly (it was), tried to contact Asus to see if there was another reason I could not connect the Internet. Asus has called twice, from 7.15 am and again at 7:30. Sitting on hold for over 25 minutes, the last time. Went on the ASUS site, but no luck with this problem. Finally, called Amazon. Asus has called for me (and stayed on the line). The Asus person was simply unnecessary. Asks me a question I will answer, and put the specific question again. Finally, he muttered something, maybe is not compatible and hung on me and Amazon! Now, Amazon has decided to let me return the unit … I think they were as frustrated as I was at this point.

I got my Eee PC for about a month and I am completely satisfied! The keyboard is easy to type on (almost full size), battery life is great, and I discovered that I really like the touchpad with all its features. Sure that the tour to support the touch pad to enjoy its features.

I also bought 2G of memory, but you know what? I have yet to install it. I think the performance is excellent for my use on only 1GB arising therefrom. I keep a couple of applications running and its performance is great.

My PC Netbook Asus is thinner and lighter with a widescreen 10.1 thats clean and legible. The keyboard and buttons felt good for a small netbook. The battery lasted almost 4 hours with continued use, but my charger that charges at any time. The touchpad may be a bit 'touchy at times, but still good. Great product.
